No Valid License Installed

Problem

A "No Valid License Installed" error is encountered.

Solution

This solution can only be performed by Jira Administrators.

  1. Navigate to the "Add-ons" tab under the Administration page.
  2. Select "Manage Add-ons" from the list on the left of the page.
  3. Click on the blue "Free Trial" button next to the Add-on experiencing the issue.
  4. Follow the prompts on screen and accept the license terms and conditions. 


If you need to extend an evaluation obtain a new evaluation license via your My Atlassian account.
