- Navigate to the "Add-ons" tab under the Administration page.
- Select "Manage Add-ons" from the list on the left of the page.
- Click on the blue "Free Trial" button next to the Add-on experiencing the issue.
- Follow the prompts on screen and accept the license terms and conditions.
If you need to extend an evaluation obtain a new evaluation license via your My Atlassian account.
