Q: Can I see a demo of Easy Agile Roadmaps?

Q: Can I trial Easy Agile Roadmaps for free before purchasing it?

 

Easy Agile provides a fully functional Server version of Easy Agile Roadmaps for 30 days.

Once the trial period is over, you will no longer have access to the app and users will see an Unlicensed page. Evaluation licenses can be extended.

You can generate an evaluation license here, or by logging into your my.atlassian.com account and searching for Easy Agile Roadmaps.

A Jira Administrator is required to install the evaluation license.

 

Easy Agile provides a fully functional Data Center version of Easy Agile Roadmaps for 30 days.

Once the trial period is over, you will no longer have access to the app and users will see an Unlicensed page. Evaluation licenses can be extended.

You can generate an evaluation license here, or by logging into your my.atlassian.com account and searching for Easy Agile Roadmaps.

A Jira Administrator is required to install the evaluation license.

 

Easy Agile provides a fully functional Cloud version of Easy Agile Roadmaps for 30 days.

Once the trial period is over, the cost of the app will automatically be included in your next bill unless manually deactivated via the Manage Apps page under the Jira Administration menu. Evaluation licenses can be extended.

Q: Why am I receiving the ‘You have reached the maximum number of Easy Agile Roadmaps for Jira trial licenses’ message?

Atlassian allows customers to trial Server/Data Center apps from the Marketplace for a total of 6 months before they require customers to purchase a commercial license.

Receiving this message means that you have reached that maximum amount of free trials for Easy Agile Roadmaps, and are no longer eligible to use for the product for free.

Q: Which license do I choose when purchasing the Easy Agile Roadmaps app?

When purchasing Easy Agile Roadmaps, you must purchase a license that matches your highest Jira application tier.

For example, if you have a 500 user Jira Software license and a 100 agent Jira Service Management license, you must purchase a 500 user Easy Agile Roadmaps license.

This is a requirement of the Atlassian Marketplace and is the same requirement across Server, Data Center and Cloud. You can read more about licensing and pricing of Atlassian Marketplace apps here.

 

Q: How does Cloud pricing for Easy Agile Roadmaps work?

Navigating Cloud pricing can be difficult.

Atlassian have created this Cloud Pricing Calculator which allows you to easily calculate the cost of an app based on your user tier.

To summarise, if you have 10 users or less licensed for your Jira Cloud instance, you’ll only pay $10 per month for Easy Agile Roadmaps. If you have more than 10 users, you per a per user amount based on the user tier.

 

Q: How is annual Cloud pricing calculated?

Annual Cloud pricing is calculated on a tiered basis (the same as monthly per user pricing), however annual cloud licenses are discounted as you are only charged for 10 months of the year, rather than 12 months if you were to pay on a monthly basis. 

Atlassian have created this Cloud Pricing Calculator which allows you to calculate prices based on your user tier for the apps you are looking to purchase. When using this calculator, make sure to switch the 'Billing Cycle' toggle to 'Annual' (the default is set to 'Monthly'). 

 

Q: I’ve upgraded my Jira license tier. How does pricing work for upgrading my Easy Agile Roadmaps license?

You can upgrade your Easy Agile Roadmaps license tier to match your Jira license tier here.

Upgrade prices are based on Atlassian’s formula where the upgrade cost is calculated based upon the number of user tiers you’re upgrading to, plus the pro rata’d amount for the time remaining on the existing license.

 

Q: How do I renew maintenance for my Server license of Easy Agile Roadmaps?

You can renew your maintenance contract for Easy Agile Roadmaps here.

Renewing your maintenance contract entitles you to an additional 12 months of support and version updates.
