Symptom

When you load the story map, an error message arrises letting you know that your instance of Easy Agile User Story Maps is unlicensed.


Cause

No valid license for Easy Agile User Story Maps is installed in your Jira instance - your previous license has expired.


Remedy

You can purchase a license here. Alternatively, if you need more time to evaluate Easy Agile User Story Maps, you can acquire a new evaluation license for Jira Server instances here.
